This new material present in the coda is probably not a new theme, considering its brevity, lack of development, and proximity to the final chord progression. Phrase-wise, what would be the consequent and antecedents are almost identical: two four-bar entities that entail only slight harmonic and melodic changes. For the musician, it is probably enough just to say that "it doesn't sound like a new theme," which is sometimes easier than giving a theoretical answer. At any rate, the material does not closely relate to any of the previously mentioned themes, and although brief, the melody could be considered potentially thematic in nature. With this in mind, the material is worth mentioning.
