Wednesday, March 22, 2017 South African Wine Reception Electric Violin and Percussion to Tracks (Repertoire to include South African music) Boston Harbor Hotel / Atlantic Room 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Feel free to just play tracks between pieces - you do not need to play the whole time - or switch off - percussion could play alone for one etc. To Load-in: Park in the Rowes Wharf Garage (entrance is off of Atlantic Avenue just past the big domed archway). Parking will be validated - see Banquet Manager. Take Boston Harbor Hotel Elevator (there are three elevators down there - I believe this one has red lettering and is kind of off by itself). Take elevator to "Administrative - formerly "Services" level). Exit out left into the Service Hallways and follow until you get to the two big freight elevators. Take elevators to second floor. Exit out and through the kitchen - take a left at the dishwasher - literally - and go through sets of doors into the Atlantic Room. There are several storage closets - ask which one you should use.
